Evolution Less Accepted in U.S. Than Other Western Countries, Study Finds

In the U.S., only 14 percent of adults thought that evolution was “definitely true,” while about a third firmly rejected the idea.

Frightening. And people wonder why I refuse to have children when they’d be up against this type of ignorance.

Yet another blog. Frightening.

I came to blogger completely by accident. I received an email out of nowhere saying that my account had been flagged for spam. At the time, I wasn’t aware that I even had an account, so I clicked the link to see what had happened. I was suprised to find that there was profile identical to my profile on livejournal, and a single post, taken directly from something I had posted to lj three months prior. The only difference was a link at the end that led to another blog (a user who also had a livejournal account). Odd, but there it is.

While I’m certain I’ll use this for something specific, I haven’t decided what that will be yet. So for now, here’s a nifty little post just to make it look a little less blank.
